I Bought A MP3 But I Do Not Know How To Rip Songs. How I Do It?

I bought an MP3 for a gift for my niece and now she is reading the instructions and is saying that she have to rip the songs into the MP3. What do I have to do in order to get this done? Please could somebody help me with this as soon as possible, because she is so excited about the MP3 but she still can not use it. Waiting for a prompt response. Thank you.

Ripping songs is easy if you have the right software. One option you have is using your standard Windows Media Player (that is, if you are using a Windows operating system).

Instructions on how to do this can be found here.

All you need are the CD's that you want to copy off (or "rip") the music from and you're away!
