The World Health Organisation, which is abbreviated as the WHO, has estimated that there are 20 major health risk factors. These 20 health risk factors are responsible for more than 50 per cent of the deaths that occur all over the world every year. Approximately 57 million people die all over the world every year.
According to the report which is entitled Comparative Quantification of Health Risks, which has recently been published by the World Health Organisation (which has been published by the WHO), the top ten health risk factors which contribute significantly to the global death toll (caused by diseases) include underweight in childhood and underweight at the maternity stage, unsafe sexual practices, high blood pressure, consumption of tobacco and smoking, consumption of alcohol, unsafe water, poor hygiene, high level of bad cholesterol, indoor smoke or passive smoke which is emitted by solid fuels, deficiency of iron in the diet and overweight or obesity.

Hi there are many kinds of health risk and with different factor too. I agree with what they told above, so the main is preventing them, taking care of what we eat and do ,like smoking that is one of the main factor which will cause risk to us. Even of eating if we dont pay attention to it then it 'd be a risk to cause disease.
