Well, you've asked a good question in fact there is not a very huge difference between Bengal kittens and other kittens. Kitten means a young domesticated cat it refers to the cat of younger age from one day to six weeks old. So that is the age of cat in which it is called kitten and it is same for the Bengal kittens as well.

Normally kittens and Bengal kittens both are given birth in the shape of flocks by the mother cat. In that flock or litter there are normally two to five kittens. For some weeks after their birth kittens are unable to urinate and also they can't defecate without the help and stimulation of their mother cat. This thing is also applicable on the Bengal kittens as well. General kinds of kittens and Bengal kittens are also unable to regulate the temperature of their body with the environment in the first few weeks.

So the kittens must not be exposed to the temperature of high degree because it does not suit them and they are prone to death in this case.I think I've provided you enough information about the Bengal kittens and about general kittens also.
