What Qualifications Would I Need To Work In A Supermarket?

I assume you are talking about a first job? My very first job as a teenager was at a grocery store bagging groceries and gathering shopping carts. I eventually moved up to a cashier position. The store trained me for everything they needed me to do. I would say that you should have a friendly personality since you would be dealing with the public, and sometimes you end up dealing with grumpy people.

I started out as a sacker (sacking groceries) and then up to cashier.  This was a part time job while I was in college.  You need to be friendly, good personality, well groomed and willing to work.  A positive attitude is always a plus.
