What Is The Old Mill Pub Like At Brighouse?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

The Old Mill at Brighouse is just off junction 25 of the M62. It is a very good restaurant to go out for a meal at lunchtime or in the evening and has a distinctive and cosy atmosphere.

It is laid out is some ways like a traditional pub, although a bit more upmarket. It has a beer garden overlooking the river and it is very pleasant to sit outside during the summer.

Inside, the tables are arranged in small room-like booths with different furniture and decorations, so parties of 2, 4, 6 or up to 10 can dine in relative privacy. At night, in winter, there are log fires and candles are positioned everywhere. The cosy booths for two are particularly romantic.

The food is excellent and not to badly priced – expect to pay about £15 for a three course meal, with drinks on top. If you are anywhere near either living or visiting, this is a good pub to try.
