Sorry to tell you but there is nothing you can do it's all in genetics,and will only start growing when you hit puberty, their is no way to speed this up. There are a lot more important things in life than having "big boobs", please believe that.

Unfortunately you have to wait for all of your growing to be complete before you know what size breasts you will have. Genetics will give what you are going to get, and a surgeon will have to provide anything extra you want above that, there is no magical treatment. I can tell you, however, that having very large breasts is not as much fun as you think it will be. I am constantly losing things down there, spilled food never lands on my lap, and men never look me in the eye! (A double whammy, since I am rather tall that short men find my chest to be eye level already!) I'm not sure why you might want or think you want large breasts, but I can tell you that they wont bring you respect, or love, or money (unless you have a rather seedy sort of work) but they might bring you back pain. Now, my question to you is why you are worrying about this at nine years of age, breasts will come soon enough!
