By 'Rock' I'll lean towards heavy: I'm partial to Red and Skillet
Pillar, Disciple, and Thousand Foot Krutch are pretty good, too.
Old school, I liked Resurrection Band and was a BIG Petra fan
If you're more into the Pop/Rock sound, I'd suggest the Newsboys, Third Day, or David Crowder Band

If you like the heavier sound, Red's "Innocence and Instinct" album is awesome, and Skillet's "Comatose" really grows on you after a coupl'a plays.
I haven't listened to Disciple or TFK's discs, but I've seen them both live a couple times and would pay to go again...
If you're into the old stuff, try to get of copy of Rez Band's "Awaiting Your Reply" (very 70's, but very good) or Petra's "Never Say Die" or "More Power To Ya"

Contact radio u and ask them to play you their favorite christian rock and ask if they can suggest some more names...i don't know if they still have heavy metal monday or not but you can check it out on their website.hth
