First go see your stylist. Then, you do as he/she instructed. Untill then wear a hat or cover it up  (only if you dont like it)

There is no quick fix for over processed hair.
Suggest you see a professional stylist and get a layered hair cut to get rid of some of the damage. Then keep the layers trimmed about every 4 to 6 weeks until you have the damage cut off.
Let a professional color your hair from now on.
My hair is waist length and has been colored for many, many years with no damage. Most people do not realize that you can't keep processing your hair over and over with perms and color chemicals with out damaging it. There are certain application methods to re-touch color treated hair.

If it's not permanent or only semi-permanent then you can try to wash out some of it. But most likely it will all wash out or to much will wash out. In that case i'd just redo it. If it is a permanent dye then you might have to dye it to the color of your original hair again. But before that then i agree with Moon, go to a hair specialist. We don't want it to get worse than it already is!Hope you fix it! (:
