I Have Felony And Got Deported From USA But I Have A Child There. Is There Anyway To Get Back?
Got sent to prison for something I didn't do but pleaded guilty served time then got deported I have a child there and want to get back but don't know if there's any chance of getting back to live legally if there is how would I go about this?

Nope! You'll never come back here again. I have a cousin who was deported back to his native land and was unable to attend his fathers funeral because they denied him entry to the country. Have the child move to you.

If you were not guilty then why did you plead out???? That was rather stupid No there is no way to come back here legally you will have to do it illegally good luck it is not cheap
