    Organization structure is hierarchy and authority flow of an organization. The different organizations have different organizational structures depending on the objectives of the company. The structure determines the ways and modes through which the organization achieves its aims. Therefore, structure is very important for the companies. For example, the bureaucratic organizations have tall structure to give decision making authority to the upper notch of the organization. On the other hand, the company which is aimed to enhance the participation of the employees to achieve the organization goals increase decentralization and go for flatter structure.
