If your dog is not having large breasts this time then it can not be due to a serious illness but can be due to poor diet during pregnancy. If she is producing sufficient milk for the puppies then large or small size of breast will not be a problem. If she is not having enough milk then give her nutritious diet. You can purchase special diet for nursing dogs from the market. You should increase the number of per day servings and also increase the quantity of food per serving.
