    Oxfordhire abbreviated from Oxon, it is a county located in south-east England, it shares it shares its lands borders with Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.

    It has been separated into five neighboring districts: Oxford, Cherwell, Vale of the White Horse, West Oxfordshire and South Oxfordshire.

    The county is quiet famous for its enormous tourist industry. The area is also quiet famous for the huge base of performance motor sport companies and facilities. The Oxford University Press has large number of print and publishing firms in Oxfordshire, the university is also associated to the concentration of neighboring biotechnology companies. The most populated city in Oxfordshire is Oxford. Additional important places are Bicester, Banbury and Chipping Norton which are towards the north of Oxford, Whitey is towards the west, Tham and Chinnor towards the east and Abingdon, Wantage, Didcot and Henley-on-Thames towards the south.
