call customer care of that bank and ask for settlement wherein u can get some consession over the amount u have to pay
for instance if you have to pay nearly 50 thousand
during compromise we can ask for 10 thousand
after which they give u a settlement letter which states that the amount was finally settled
as this was an unsecured debt they cann't claim as easily as that of other
further they can approach only arbitartion proceding where award will be give
and then they have to file execution petition from the court for executing the award
