How Do You Replace A Cooling Fan Relay?
Answers
While changing a cooling fan relay always make sure that the car is turned off. As long as there is no current passing it is safe to change parts in the car. If you feel that your cooling fan is no working completely, it is mainly because of a bad cooling fan motor, hence you will need to replace it.
You will get a good generic cooling fan easily in any hard ware store. To check the cooling fan, first unplug it and will require something to connect up the directly to the battery.
If you connect the fan straight away to the battery, the fan will come on automatically; if it does not then the fan is for sure not working. It is also recommended that you test the new that you purchase before installing it.
