How Do You Make A Snowboard?

Snowboards are basically two types: the Capped Snowboards and the traditional Sandwich Construction. There are eight main materials required to make a snowboard. The materials are Topsheet with printed graphic, Fiber glass, Wood or foam core, Steel inserts, Plastic base, (p-tex), Metal edges, Resin System (glue) and Rubber Foil.  In order to enhance your snowboard you could also use carbon fiber.
The components in constructing a snowboard include a base, an outer edge, a core and a topsheet. It is generally built with metal edges and a P-tex base.
In capped snowboards the top part of the sheet is joined with the sides of the steel edge. However, the Traditional Sandwich Construction is built with the help of armour platings on the sides provided by separate sidewalls.
