    4D refers to 4 dimension Visualization. Normally there are only 3 dimensions which are length, width and height but recently a new dimension has been added to this list which is time.       4D is based in the movies, Virtual reality, which is actual similarly like 4d are based on simulation computer games like "Virtual Cops etc.
