Taming is a very difficult process whether it is to tame some human beings or animals. Taming simply means to make some person or animals to act, perform and behave the way you like him to. Your question that how can we tame spoiled children is a bit difficult to answer yet I will try to give you some suggestions.
First of all we should try to explore those reasons, which are the root cause of getting those children spoiled. When we will be aware of those causes, it will become easy to overcome them. If the children are spoiled due to some bad company, we should try to get them rid of that particular company. If the children are spoiled due to excessive love of their parents and relatives, we should ask their parents and relatives to behave properly as required for the betterment of their children. In the same way if the children are spoiled due to some other reason like media etc, we should look into the reasons and try to train them properly. Usually as the children are innocent, in my opinion they can be tamed quite easily.

 This sounds a little like "animal training" You don't "tame" a child, you raise it with love and especially with discipline, and this starts the moment they are born, not when they are older and the pattern is already formed.
