Who Is Walter Kramer?

Walter Kramer came to fame around the world for his assassination plan for Adolf Hitler. It was known as the July 20 Plot that was to be carried out at the Wolf's Lair in Eastern part of Prussia.

Walter Cramer was born in the year 1886 at a place called Leipzig, Germany. He was a businessman by profession. He first became the Director of a yarn spinning mill. Then he became a director on the board of two more companies in the same yarn spinning business.

He then became part of the resistance against Adolf Hitler and his Nazi Regime. His plan for assassination of Adolf Hitler failed. He was captured on July 22, 1944 and was found guilty of treason. He was sentenced to death and was hanged on 14 November 1944.
