    The Acetaminophen is the paracetamol which is anti inflammatory analgesic. It is metabolized in liver and can cause liver toxicity. The prolong use of Acetaminophen can also cause toxicity. A single doe of 10 gram can be toxic. A use of 4gm/day for prolong use also cause liver toxicity. In USA 458 deaths per year are reported due to paracetamol liver toxicity.
