What Top Goes Well With Capris Pant?

149m tall? I have not seen such a tall man. I assume it might be 149 cm which is almost 5 feet. The Capri or capris pants are liked by many men and women in warm weather. It is not true that capris pants will not suit the short peoples. It depends upon the physical condition. I recommend wear full sleeve or without sleeve shirt  

I like the tank style tops or sweaters over capris. The short jacket like tops also look good with them, and will keep everything in 'like' proportion. Nice sandals or mary janes or even tennis shoes look good with them if the shoes are a little dressy. Since you can see the ankles and foot, with capris...shoe choice is important.  Try a tank top with a short tailored shirt worn open over it. In the summer halter tops and half tops are perfect with them. You know, the shirt tied in front at the waist also looks great. I hope this helps, I have been told, " this and that" doesn't look good on tall people, or short people, but you really have to look at it and choose for yourself or have a good friend help you out. In my picture I am wearing a two button, collared tank top, which would look good with capris.

I think plain and simple fitted white vest tops look great with capri pants.  no you are not too short for them

Halter tops go great with capris- but don't wear a necklace with the halter- gets in the way & looks funny
