    Blood pressure tablets usually function in different ways in different people. These tablets operate in a totally different manner to lower the blood pressure. Generally two or more medicines function in a much better way than one.

    Few medicines lower the blood pressure by get rid of extra fluid and salt from your body. Where as other medicines influence blood pressure by slowing down the heartbeat or by calming and expanding blood vessels. Blood pressure basically is the pressure exercised by blood at right angles towards the walls of the blood vessels.

    Basic values for a resting, healthy adult human body are roughly 120mmHg systolic and 80 mmHg diastolic. These calculations of blood pressure are not static, but experience natural deviations from one heartbeat to another all through the day, they also alter in reaction to stress, drugs, nutrition factors, etc.
