Yes, a third Shrek film, entitled Shrek The Third, is due to be released May 18 2007. The film will feature the same voice actors as the previous two films, and will be the first Mike Myers film that will be released by Paramount since Wayne's World 2, which was released in 1993.

The film will also feature two Monty Python members - John Cleese, who will continue his role as King Harold, Fiona's father, and Eric Idle, who will play Merlin the Magician.

Shrek the Third will see the return of the character Puss In Boots, who first made an appearance in Shrek 2, as well as a host of fairy tale characters such as Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Captain Hook, Rapunzel, Prince Charming and Queen Lillian (Fiona's mother, who is voiced by Julie Andrews).

The film will also feature the return of Jonathan Ross, who played the role of Doris in Shrek 2.
