Is EBay's New DSR Used To Eliminate The Small Seller?
EBay uses a 5 star system to rate its sellers, It was announced as a means to give sellers who perform well discounts, instead good sellers are being told their seller performance is bad and being restricted from listing for 30 days at a time. If they can bring their ratings back up during the 30 days they can list again. How can you bring your DSR rating up when you can't list anything to sell?
