Sometimes i become so shy or i don't know what to say to certain people.. So i don't talk. I want to know what to say or how to find the words to say. Or step outside my comfort zone.. Help ?

2. Make eye contact, it shows your interested.
3. Take part in the conversation, but also be a good listener.
4. A pleasant personality goes a long way toward making friends.
Just relax and have fun with other people, if you work on the top 4 things I have listed above, you will have no problem making friends and forming relationships.
