To build a Diorama first you need to decide a particular scale this is vital because a diorama turns believable only to the extent it looks "real". Try using a scale, if you don't have one then try using basic measurements of one foot to one inch, which is an average for classic miniatures and dollhouses.
Next step would be to collect together all your material like human or animal figures, pal trees or sugar cubes to construct an igloo. Then you will have to decide on a background, for this you can either draw or paint your own background, you can also use material like wall paper or wrapping paper for the background. Always keep in mind that the back ground images should be consistent with the scale selected. Always remember to build your diorama from back to front.
