You could try a little soy baby formula. I had to feed a four week old kitten for our neighbors son who was in school for a couple of days, and the soy formula did not upset it's stomach. It even seemed to like it, try it in a small baby bottle or shallow bowl. I f it won't drink on it's own try putting a drop of formula on it's nose, it will lick it to clean up and get a taste of it to get going.
