How Long Does A Person Have To Get Rid Of Previous Renters Things?
 Call a charity and have them come by to pick up the items. It seems to have been long enough that the previous renters aren't missing their items. |

If you move into a home and the belongings within the residence to not belong to the owner, you have no obligation to store these whatsoever. If in fact the prior tenant had been evicted, there is a 28 day period that the owner must store the tenants belongings and then can legally remove them. |
