It is not very difficult at all to cook a nice, juicy steak, but you will have to decide at the beginning, how you would like it done. You can usually make it rare, medium-rare, medium or well-done. If you are cooking the steak in your kitchen, you will need a pan to fry it in. In the summer, I would recommend that you grill it using a BBQ in your backyard if this is possible. If you can BBQ your steak, leave it on the grill for about 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how you want it.
For pan fried steak, you will need 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper and any other seasonings you would like. First drizzle the steak with the oil, prior to cooking it, and allow it to stand for about 45 minutes. After this, you can use salted butter (or more olive oil, if you prefer) to fry the steak in the pan. Your stove burner should be set to medium heat. Consider adding some onions to the pan, as well as mushrooms, peppers, or any other vegetables. Then add the steak and fry each side for about 5 to 7 minutes. Be sure to use a fork to check the tenderness of the meat.

I have two different ways to prepare it, I will tell you one by one.
Cheese stuffed stake
To make chicken stake you need
Chicken Brest with pocket; 2 pieces
Ouster sauce; ½ teaspoon
Oregano; ½ teaspoon
Crushed black paper; ½ teaspoon
Vinegar; 2 tablespoon
Garlic paste; 1 teaspoon
Salt; up to your taste
Lemon juice; 1 tablespoon
Cheese; for filling
Fresh cream; 1 tablespoon
Mustard paste; ½ teaspoon

Fill your chicken Brest with cheese nicely. Now take a bowl and put all these ingredients except cream and mustard paste in it, now mix these ingredients with chicken and leave it for marination for one hour.
Now grill that marinated chicken pocket. Take a pan and put that marinated mixture in it, add cream and mustard paste and cook it for about 2 to 3 min, when your chicken is well grilled put that sauce on it. Your steak is ready. You can serve it with boiled mash potatoes and fresh salad.
