Price incentives are one of the many instruments that marketers employ to drive purchases. Marketer can stimulate purchases using other tools as well. Price incentive may be the vital force that "may be" driving the purchase behavior but it's not always the case. Sometimes the brand association and brand knowledge may be the vital force driving the purchase and post purchase behaviors. These associations are created by marketer through experiential marketing.
