In the very fast paced world today, there are a number of things that add to the stress levels. The routine has become so mechanical in nature that we seem to be paying no attention to the need to set our priorities right before defining aims and targets. The increased stress levels in the different population segments worldwide have resulted in stress related ailments, both mental and physical.

Stress symptoms manifest in a number of mental, social and physical implications. These include exhaustion and fatigue, loss of or increased appetite, headaches, sleeplessness and oversleeping. The escapist route via alcohol, drugs or other compulsive behavior patterns are often indications too. Feelings of alarm, frustration and apathy sometimes accompany stress.

To deal with stress effectively, it is very important to relate to and analyze the ‘burden’ that tells on your mental and physical well being. Once you identify the problem area or areas, you need to sort out the issue by alternatively tapping on resources to handle the ‘burden’ effectively. You need to define your routine and set your priorities right. You must also consider setting aside time for yourself. It is very important to detect the cause and work on the remedy as soon as possible.

Relaxation is the answer to this problem. If you are feeling stressed ,then lay down on your bed or any comfortable place then try to release all your plans in mind for a while and think of nothing.Take deep breath and you can enjoy any drink during this exercise. When you feel relaxed then you can take a cool shower and have a nice sleep. This definitely works and when you will wake up ,you will definitely feel better.

Well I handle stress by letting go and letting God I'm a Christian so...that works for me let God be in charge of my problems and he will take care of the rest. But if you would like something more than that try facing the thing that's stressing you and take full force with don't let it control you!!!

I usually deal with stress by not thinking about it. When I'm overly stressed out, I usually just go to a peaceful place or a quiet part of the house and just think blankly. The reason for this is to clear the mind of things that trigger stress and make it worse.
Soaking in the tub with some aromatic bath salts will help greatly. After getting home from work, bathing with salts will allow the body to recharge and feel refreshed. This is also good to make sleeping easier.
