    Exercise plays a vital role in golf, though most people do not realise it. Regular golfing exercises can stop you from getting an injury and they can improve your game. It has been proven that by exercising regularly, it can help you to improve your strength and flexibility which in turn can help you to hit the ball further.

    The golf swing can be quite strenuous on the body and that is why regular exercise is often needed. You can even drop points off your score simply by keeping yourself in shape.

    If you do a little research you will be able to find lots of information on various different golfing exercises which you can do. Just a few each day will really help out and you will soon see the results which you are after.
