Rate of dissolution of solute increases when temperature is increased. The higher the temperature the higher would be the rate of dissolution. For example, if you mix sugar in water then by increasing temperature sugar can be rapidly dissolved in water. Secondly, you can increase the rate of dissolution by adding more solvent so that each solute particle may get more chances to react with solvent molecules (but this case is applicable when concentration of solute in solvent is not noticeable).
