Since charles darwins book was printed in 1859 no one has been able to find any major flaws in it. I'd say that's a pretty good track record. But, like any part of science the journey from hypothesis to theory can be a rocky one. And once a hypothesis reaches the prized status of theory not out of the woods yet because in the world of science you're not allowed to rest on your laurels. There are always new hypothesis' showing up trying to knock you down.
but do i believe in every part? So far i do. Like any other theory, the theory of gravity, the theory of time, the theory of light, the theory of scent, the theory of... Whatever... I believe in it, skeptically, until proven different. It's a far better system than to stagnate, to never progress, to never search for other possibilities like some other belief systems would have us do.

The beauty of science is that no theory ever stays exactly the same -- as new evidence is found, our scientific understanding is changed in accordance to the new evidence. Certainly some of Darwin's original work was edited due by new evidence, and some parts were altered to modern standards. But his basic idea is genuinely correct.
There is no question over the validity of the theory of evolution, as it has a load of supporting evidence, making it as proven as anything in science can be.
Many scientists will have diverging opinions on the actual evolutionary history of life (i.e. When specific lineages branch off), but they all in agreement when it comes to the mechanics and processes that produce evolution.
One quick note: The term 'believe' is a falsity in your question, as we have no need to have any faith or belief in an idea as supported and substantiated as the theory of evolution. It comes down to a matter of acceptance, not belief.
