A size 7 to 10 in female panties sound like a winner to me especially if you are getting bikini or other fashion panties you don't really need a waist size as they don't come up to your waist......good luck

I am a male with a 40 in waist and I wear nothing but Nylon and Satin panties and I wear size 8 very comfortably. You have to buy the correct brand of panties if you want them to fit as they should and cover you well. I like the way Vanity Fair, Vassarette, Adonna, and Warner brand panties fit. Vanity Fair and Vassarette seem to be making their panties more unisex.
I am a size 42 in tighty whities but fit very well in size 8 or 9 in Vanity Fair Full Briefs. I am a long distance over the road truck-driver in the US and find them very comfortable and well suited for my style.
