How Do I Obtain A BIRTH CERTIFICATE If My State Where I Was Born Has No Record Of My Birth At All?

Answer Question

The doctor that delivered you must have a record, is there any way of contacting that doctor?
First contact the State Dept of records/or your local county health department (the county you were born in) and find the steps and documents you need. You may need an older brother/sister to verify if your parents are not available.  Good luck
