This cat needs to be examined by a veterinarian. Your cat likely has a severe upper respiratory infection. This could be cause by a virus, bacteria, fungus, nasal foreign body, or neoplasia. The blood means the skin barrier has been broken and treatment is needed so bacteria does not translocate.
