Can Exercise Cause Pelvic Cramps?
I just began a new work out routine and since Friday I have been having these odd pelvic cramps. Almost like period cramps but way lighter. I am not due for my period for another 8 days anyhow and I usually don't cramp till the day off. Could it be the work out?

It could be. I would make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and staying hydrated. That can cause cramping too. You can try taking tylenol for the cramping if it becomes to painful. But stay hydrated, drink lots of water. And make sure you don't over due it. Also, make sure you are eating well. Good luck.
