    Intel Celeron Motherboards and Intel Pentium Motherboards are both a product of the Intel Company. There are a lot of things that are common between these two products and a lot of things that are different. Following are some of the points:

    Differences:
    - The Celeron Chip is actually based on the Pentium Core.

    - The Celeron Chips have a low Cache memory as compared to Pentium chips.

    - The cache memory affect  the performance of the computer that is why Pentium performs better.

    - The Pentium chips run at a higher clock speed as compared to the Celeron chips. The difference can be as much as 60 percent.

    - Pentium Chips also have a higher maximum bus speeds than the Celeron processor.
