Why Do My Floating Turtles Look Through Their Glass Out Too Much As If They Wanna Get Out? And Why They Get On Top Of Each Other A Lot?

Well.. We just got this turtles and they look through their glass too much i feel bad sometimes n i let them out, i don't know if its bad and then they get on top of each other sometimes i think they are fighting because one the turtles pushes the other one away with the front legs on the face of the other one.
