What Kind Of Snake Is A Red With White Stripes Down Its Back?

In Pennsylvania, I saw a snake in the Pennypack Creek. It was completely reddish brownish and had white lines horizonically up and down its back. It was about 3 feet long. I saw it swimming to the sand bar where the rocks were.

    There can be many snakes fulfilling your requirement. It can be a Candy corn snake, Albino corn snake Or Red Milk Snake.

        Its a corn snake none lethal it has no venom in less it has white stripes with black stripes then it is very venomous and could ill you even if you touch it its skin is very poisonous
