The simplest way to get rid of this problem is to copy all of you data from your flash drive and paste it another place in your hard drive. Then try to format your flash drive. I think after formatting the flash drive your problem will be solved.

To format you flash drive simple connect your flash drive to your computer system. Go to my computer and right click on the flash drive Icon and after this select format. In the next window select format check box and press OK. It will give you a warning message that all of your data will be lost. Press OK and the process will be started.

Now copy your data from hard drive to flash drive. Your problem will be solved. This problem normally occurs when you eject/unplug your flash drive improperly. Always eject/unplug the flash drive after stopping it. To stop the flash drive click the flash drive icon in the system tray and select stop option. Next time you may not get the same problem.
