I Don't Have A Very Good Imagination, But I've Seen A Lot Of The World And Experienced Many Things. Can I Still Be A Writer?

Yes. You could be a travel writer. You've seen a lot of the world, so therefore you have lots to write about. Why not be a travel guide writer and give travel tips and talk about the sights that you have seen? Or, you could write about your experiences and put together a travel log. People make a living from travelling and writing about their experiences.
If you want to write fiction, then you have enough information to do so. Yes, you need a good imagination to be a writer but if you have experienced many things and seen so much of the world then you should certainly be able to put these experiences into a novel. Also, it depends what type of novel you are writing. A fantasy novel, for example, requires a lot of imagination, whereas novels which are set in reality don't need as much, though you do need to be good at storytelling.
