It has been almost 1 year since my rhinoplasty, I still have nose bleeds.

I would be concerned if it were me. There may be abnormal healing, scar tissue, or something as simple as dry mucus membranes. If your doc won't give you a satisfactory answer as to why the bleeding is occurring, ask him to recommend someone who will. Good Luck!

I would see an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist. Bleeding on a regular basis is NOT NORMAL!!!
