Cache is the fastest available memory till date. Cache is very expensive and it sits next to the CPU. The size of Cache is very small compared to RAM

RAM is faster than HDD. And its capacity to hold the data is much more than Cache. RAM is Volatile memory.

HDD is the Slowest compared to Cache and RAM. HDD has Huge Capacity. HDD are Non Volatile. HDD are used to store User Data. While Cache is used By the CPU to Perform Processing.
