How Do Social And Cultural Forces Affect Commercial Banks?

Well think about it replace banks with restaurants when you want to eat you can either eat at home to save money and it's easier for you or you can go out to your favorite place and sit down and eat inside and someone serves you or you can  go through a drive-thru, fast service but not the greatest food for you and hardly no personal contact with anyone...the same is for banking i can go into a bank which takes time,money and effort for me...or use a automated teller fast easy no personal contact...less workforce to handle most transactions for less money....faster cheaper easier......bank buildings will always be here because people like me want an actual person to discuss problems or new deals they have on accounts...sort of like gas stations use to be full service....being competitive was brought out even more with the Internet .. I can find rates on anything from interest rates to mortgage rates to stocks ,bonds,cds...saving time, money and effort....i don't know if this is what you we're wanting but this is my two cents...
