Edison was a sharp and intelligent boy since childhood. He began his own small businesses in childhood while he sold goods on trains. Then by luck he got trained as Telegraph operator and worked at night shifts. Here he spent his time reading and experimenting. He found he was good at it and then he started with his own inventions like a Phonograph that gained immense popularity.
