    I Have A DVD Player In My Laptop But DVDs Won't Play. I Get An Error Saying To Change The Screen Resolution. When I Change The Resolution The DVDs Still Won't Work. Can Anyone Help Me?

    I did hear that I can get a free DVD decoder but it doesn't help any either. I was told to try downloading a different player for free but I cant seem to find any.

    First  check your dvd is working or not. Just go to My computer and explore your dvd drive. If you are able to get in and easily browse through your dvd rom then verify that you have right codec installed for your dvd player.Also Check for the proper physical connectivity of your dvd player. This is not a resolution problem you can choose 800*600 minimum or 1024*768 it would just works fine
