Why Is Interest Charged On Drawings?

    Because when you are drawing out money, you are using it.  When you use the money, the bank can charge interest.

      To keep control in the business interest on drawings is charged .otherwise partners or owners will withdraw money anytime n it Will disturb the business for carrying out its activities
