It is very good that you are so sure about your future career at this young age. If you intend to become a commercial pilot, the requirements of various airlines are different. Generally airlines require minimum of 12 years of schooling with mathematics and physics. Then there are certain countries such as Australia that does not have any specific educational requirements. Thus, to be on the safer side you should take Mathematics and Physics for your GCSE.
