Do the "seasoned blurters" mind or even want new blurters to add comments when the topic was initially addressed, for example, in March 2007?

I don't see why not .it's like blurt it exists through time . You can type on any question that is open or debate . If you post a answer or on a debate for/against they will recieve a notice if they have their page set up to do so.
